thats mean you downgraded sucessfully but you must only use spirit to jailbreak only with spirit

dear br i downgrade 3g ios4.0 to 3.1.2 sucsessfully but we dont get network is any other setting to be needed after to get network

pls note. 3gs works only if you read the number 3 step...

This step is applicable to iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 3G and iPod touch 2G (MC model) which have their SHSH blobs (ECID SHSH) saved on Cydia for the firmware you downgrading on. If you don’t have your SHSH files saved, you cannot downgrade the mentioned devices.
So what we will do is to trick iTunes into thinking that it is watching Apple servers, while in real, we are going to change the address to Saurik’s server.

You have got the latest IP for apple server

74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com

this will probably work

Every time it shows error (3194) on restore 3.1.3 ..... tried every setting in host file ....

For avoid all Error try it tuto [Tuto] Downgrade/Restaure 3Gs New iBoot 3.1.3 vers 3.1.2 (Avec Ecid) - Forum iPhone 4, iPad & iPod

very old trick

and i think now shsh bloobs savings trick is not working this time
error comes
this device is not elegble for this option

so we cant do downgrade

Thanks for the instructions and guidelines. Today I have successfully downgraded my Iphone 3gs os4 bb 5.13.o4 and enjoying it on 3.1.3. Again thanks a million for the guide lines provided.

Without activate, i downgrade to 3.1.2; jb with blackra1n, and unlock with repo666.ultrasn0w.com. It's work for me on two 3gs.
