Full Body Exam, Dermatologist

I have a dermatologist appointment for my acne in a few days and because its my first time at a derm they are going to do a full body check. How does a full body exam at a dermatologists office work? I just want to know what occurs and who is present in the room if you are under 18? Please help if you can!!
 
The dermatologist will ask you to remove everything but your underwear and they will examine your skin for any growths, moles, etc. to make sure nothing looks suspicious. It doesn't take long and there was an aide in the room with the dermatologist. Nothing to worry about ;)
