Husband just replaced the fuel pump back in November. Since then, we've had to fill the gas tank when it reached a quarter tank, otherwise the van will lurch likes it's out of gas. Now the van won't start and the gas pump continues to run for 5 seconds after the key is removed. Could it be a bad gas pump again?
