Fuel Moto 2010 Streetglide Dyno & Test info

Well, I ordered a Powercore muffler today after talking to
Keith. He was saying that the 2:1 was still several months away. So I ordered the slipon for now, but once the header comes out I will sell the slipon and get the correct muffler for the header. Thanks

Here is some new information on our Jackpot 2/1 replacement headpipe for 2010 Street Glide and Road Glide models. We have now finished development and this pipe is currently in production. From our testing we find fhe stock 2/1 head pipe actually works fairly well on the stock bike but with its catalyst runs extremely hot and as temps increase the performance drops off signifigantly. Looking to improve on both performance and lowering temperatures we went ahead and developed a 2/1 replacement head pipe which is very similar to our popular Jackpot 2/1/2 for 2009/2010 Touring models. The Jackpot 2/1 is constructed from 304 aircraft grade stainless steel and features a large diameter true merge collector and retains the stock heat shields. The pipe also includes both 12mm and 18mm O2 sensor bungs to cover all OEM sensor and Wideband tuning options. The 2/1 head pipe works with the stock muffler as well as all aftermarket muffler for the SG/RG. Back to back dyno tests done on the same day, same bike etc.. shows an increase of +6Tq and +3Hp and there is a huge reduction in the heat dissapated by the exhaust system. There is also a distinct difference in exhaust note which is thoatier and a bit louder.

I know this thread is 9 months old since posted to, but I just found it. I am waiting on my 2-1-2 pipe. The 65296-09 muffler clamp part number is still not corrected on the website. I talked with Keith today on this and he told me he did not know it was wrong. Does anyone have the correct number? Also what is the Jackpot heatshield extension, that I need for this setup on my 2010 RoadGlide custom? Help please!!
