fuel injected toyota truck floods when not running 1988 22r engine when left off

over night ? after it sits overnight or while at work it seems to be flooded pulled plugs and they will be wet with fuel. hard to start but when it does you can tell as each cylinder clears out of excess fuel. takes about a minute. then it runs fine.as long as you don't let it sit very long.
