Fucktards in parking lots

What is it with people in parking lots. Don't hey understand they are in car territory?!?! It happens all the time. I try to back out of my spot and a fucktard walks directly behind my car just when I'm about to step on the gas. I can't always see where they are when I'm looking behind me cause either they are hidden by the big fucking car next to me or they are in my blind spot both via mirror and by me physically looking behind me. As a pedestrian I am always keeping an eye on the cars' rear lights in parking lots. If the white reverse lights are on that means they are going to back up. Why am I going to risk my life walking behind that car and assume that the driver knows I'm there. That driver probably did everythign they could to avoid runnign someone over and would assume no one is there and back up. If I can be careful and stop walking before crossing a car with those reverse lights on then why can't those retards stop too before I run someone over!?

Fucktards aren't just free standing people, some of them are in cars. Those people in cars are just as bad. For them, it's almost impossible to fucking wait for a car to finish backing out. For some unknown reason they feel they gotta go faster or just continue behind a car that's already halfway out of their spot risking a car accident. Just let the person continue to back out and both of you will be on your merry way. If the person is slow, it's not the end of the world. It's honestly rude of people to take their sweet time backing out of a spot knowing they are making others wait, but don't you think it best to not risk injury and wait for the slow poke to finish backing out? I would. I like my life the way it is, I don't need to be crippled because of some stupid thing that could have been avoided.

It's sad that people don't respect their lives enough to inconvenience themselves for one minute and just simply wait for someone to back out whether you are on foot or in a car.

Why do people risk their lives instead of waiting one fucking minute to let a car back out of it's spot.

If I may add to my comment about drining behind a person backing out of a spot. If an accident occurs, then the person have just inconvenienced himself with a broken car or even possibly being forced to fix another person's car. Then their time is spent yelling at eachother then taking his car to get inspected and then getting into a garage to get fixed and then possibly the same for the other person. All that time waisted when all the fucktard had to do was wait one friggin minute for one person to back out of a spot. Hardly worth it to me. I'd rather wait than risk that huge inconvenience and waist of money.

re; your first post. Its not "Car territory" its Car and people territory.

Why do you "Hit the gas" in a garage. You're supposed to slowly back out and watch for people. Kids havnt developed the ability to turn in all directions because they're minds are still developing. What may see like an obvious to you is really years of you're parents teaching you as well as self taught.

I hope to God I never end up in the same garage as you watching you plow someone down.

As far as hitting the gas, don't you push down on the gas petal to back out? I do. and no I don't speed out of my spot I slowly back out. I am very careful backing out of my parking spots but it takes forever (5+ minutes to back out sometimes cause people won't give me the room to back out). My complaining is about people that see another car backing out and still continue to walk directly behind the car. They don't try to add some distance between themselves and the car backing out, they litterally walk inches from the car that is backing out. Why the hell would they risk injury doing that. I, as a pedestrian, personally stop when I see a car backing out. Not all drivers are able to see everything and may actually continue to back out and hit someone. I never have hit anyone or a car while backing up, but I have gotten dirty looks even after I stop the car in order to let them pass. But it just pisses me off! And this includes the idiots that speed around you giving you no time to stop or see them.

Are you telling me this never happens to you? Have you never tried backing out of a parking spot and have people walk obliviously behind your car and/or have other cars swerve around you making it almost impossible for you to get out of your spot with out having to wait a long time? I'm not all that impatient, but I feel I do have a right while in my car to back out. It takes little time to do that. When there is a sidewalk nearby in a parking lot, I still see more people walking in the parking lot and not on the sidewalk where they are safe.

So you say it is both car and people territory? then why can't I drive on sidewalks? People are allowed in the streets but they have to respect the fact that there are cars on the road and cars can kill. The drivers are only as careful as they can be but chances are, accidents will happen. Fewer accidents happen on the sidewalks cause cars don't drive there. There are a lot of accidents in parking lots cause either peopel aren't lookgin where they are going and not being safe, or an idiot behind the wheel is driving way too fast and also not looking where they are going. Peopel in cars also have to respect that there are people walking where they drive as well. Let's put it this way. Car bumps into car, nasty painful accident; car bumps into person, nasty painful accident; people bump into people, they get a booboo and nothign serious. So why do people walk so carelessly amongst cars where they can get hurt no matter who's fault it is?

Actually, aren't you supposed to let the car go in reverse without the gas, until the ass of your car is enough out that people who you might not be able to see know that you are backing out??? or am I wrong, it'd be a first. :mfinger:

if you're driving a standard transmission, you need to give it gas, unless it's already on a downhill slope... if it's an automatic transmission, it is not necessary to give it gas.

dont let idiots who drive like morons in the parking lot off the hook. There are some drivers who dont give a shit what they do and feel as if the parking lot is a freeway. I hate them just as much as your 'fucktards'

Bitch, First off you clearly stated it is "Car Terrirtory" which it is not.

Your follow up post asked me "Dont you have to step on the gas when backing out"

No, I drive an automatic. It just drifts backwards slowly. Im assuming you own a stick, again you just push clutch in and stick in it R and barely lean on it to get it to go reverse. Perhaps you are young and need to work on your skills a bit or perhaps your car is old and needs to be tuned up so you dont have to push down. That in itself makes it a dangerous vehical if its not up to state code and well tuned.

By law people dont have to stop for you, you have to stop for pedestrians. I stop for people because I know people like you are out there and I dont want to get run over. But the ball lies in your court and not theirs.

If you hit someone and you told the cop "Gee they stepped right out in front of me.. it's all their fault" I can guarentee you're the one going to end up with a massive lawsuit with the court on their side.

Unless you live in iraq or something.

eeerrrrr.....maybe you drove a big diesel or summit...unless ur one of these rich bastards with huge engines that do 12mpg and pollute.

in a car with a small petrol engine you have to hit the gas....

*edit* - thinking about it...ive driven a car with a 3.5V8 and still had to give it gas when pulling away....u even driven a manual?

Please stop accusing me of being a careless driver. If you read my reply beyond my openning question you may have noticed I said I AM and careful driver and do slowly back out. I do have an automatic transmission but the car doesn't always back out when it's on a slant and I do have to step on the gas. I'm only bitching about people that don't give a shit about whether or not they are walking behind a car that is backing up. When you walk behind a car backing up, are you that secure that the driver sees you? I'm not. I personally don't want to get run over. As I said in my reply, I DO stop for pedestrians...and even those that take their sweet time passing and making me wait. I'm not about to go speeding out of my spot cause I DON'T want to hurt anyone. But I just think it's rude and careless of those idiots that don't bother looking to see if a car is backing up AND making sure the driver sees them. It's FUCKING RUDE not to at least give the driver the chance to see you!

As far as your constant reminder that it's not car territory..I was taught and strongly believe that if it's made of cement or bricked, it's people territory, if it's asfault, it's car territory. I was told if I'm in a parking lot to constantly keep an eye on the car that are parked cause you never know when one might decide to back out and may even not see me. Also I should try to get to the side walk faster so I don't risk getting hit by soemone. Whether or not they speed out of their spots is not the issue, it's if they see you. As a driver, I just find it rather selfish for people to just ASSUME they can walk wherever they fucking please and know if they get hit that the driver will be the one at fault...never mind the inconvenience of walking around with a broken leg or having to spend time in a hospital because of a swollen brain or worse yet, the inconvenience of dying!

next time just stomp on the gas pedal and hit as many people as you can.. thats always a good way to get attention (and have some fun doing it). Or you could just lay on the horn for 10-20 minutes straight. that might be less harmful to others health and just as fun. ok maybe not AS fun, but fun. :D

i hate fucktards in parking lots as well. I have this ticket thing with mickey mouse on it going like dis :mfinger: and it says "hey fucktard, next time you fucking park that way im gonna fucking tear your head off and shove it up your ass"
