(after all, everything being said, you are STILL AN ADULT, and he is STILL A MINOR) Judges do not give a flying fuck who swung first in those cases.

If he doesn't leave you along, talk to the cops again, and specifically ask him to be issued a trespassing ticket. After a few of those, the fines can go up to disorderly conduct, harassment. and can even be grounds for an order of no contact (restraining order.)

He will get his, eventually. And after this person is known for this stupid crap, the cops will watch him like a hawk, and hit him where it hurts wallet)

My guess is that he will wise up and go away instead of having misdemeanors on his record, possibly his permanent record.
 
LOL or do what I do. turn off the camera and tell them that I'll squeeze the life out of them. I do the crazy eye thing just well enough that people dont know whether to laugh, or run. They usually back down, since they would like to err on the side of caution with my size.

3. If he keeps being an idiot...
4. Will talk to cops.

Cut that down to one, he's being a little prickface, and since he's still a kid, why not rub his nose in it. If he wants to fuck around and bother you, then you should fuck around with whatever hambager flipping future he's in for. Here's your new list:

1. Just call the cops, for real, the next time he trespasses onto your property/starts to act like a douchebag.

Actually right now he's here again with three of his friends...they're sittin' in the kitchen with the other roomies. He's left me alone since that incident.
