I would, besides that I don't want to be the instigator. At all. I want to make it obvious to any witnesses that I was avoiding shit, and he started it. I wouldn't even mind a bruise or two, just to prove that he started it. Because after he starts something, I AM going to finish it.

I'm not trained in any sort of fighting. But I can see shit in my head. I can imagine him swinging, once or twice, connecting at least once, and then I snap. One or two solid gut shots to stun him a bit and slow him down, and then a solid uppercut or roundhouse to the jaw. My fist might hurt after that, but believe me: he'd be toast.

Then I call the cops.

Meh, say what you want. You don't know me. I don't like this, but I'm not going to beat the shit out of this kid and then get charged by the kid's parents. Which is most likely what would happen.

OK here's my situation: I moved into this place close to two years ago. I got behind on the bills, and then a couple who were friends of a friend asked if they could move in, as they had nowhere to go. I said sure, because it would help me with the bills. I like to drink/party, as do they, so no big deal.

But, the problem does start there. We both like to drink/party. But the difference between us is that people that I don't like when I'm sober, I don't like when I'm drunk. The guy who's now here is different, in that he might not like someone when he's sober, but when he's drinking he's friends with everyone.

I got my username changed to "The Hermit". Because that reflects on who I have been for the last while. Sure, I might enjoy drinking alone. Actually, I find I drink less when I'm alone. I wish I could afford to live alone. Then I'd be fine. I'd work, drink alone, and drink with my friends. Fuck the idiots.

Until then I gotta put up with shit. And this is a ranting site. So I rant.
 
you're that guy who gets picked on no matter what. If you were to ever go to prision, you're the guy who hangs himself because he's too scared to defend himself, that or gets shanked because he ratted to the guards.

You gotta man up sometimes in life, if for nothing more than principle, for the sake of being human and having the right to be left alone. Cave a head in now and again and im sure you'll feel a lot better about yourself. Sometimes its even fun to wake up and have your head all bruised... you know you're alive... its like a badge of honor... at least it is for me.

And no matter what... you walk around with a black eye or a bruised whatever the heck... and nine times out of ten people go "okay that dude will fight back, not fucking with him"
 
OK I had a chat with someone lastnight, and I guess the thing that I'm not making clear here is that this kid is a minor. That's why I call him a kid. He figures he can pick on me just because he's bigger than me. He's an average size 16-year-old, but I'm a fairly small 5'5", 120 lbs. Exactly. The average 14 year old kid is bigger than me.

I've stated before that I'm usually a fairly easy going guy. Which is the only reason all hell hasn't broke loose yet. Fuck, lastnight there was another guy here who wasn't being bothered by the kid personally, but was annoyed enough to threaten to take him outside and beat the shit out of him. And I'm damn sure that if he set his mind to it, he'd do it. With ease.

Oh and nailbitch, I ain't hiding. I've turned my back to this kid more times than I remember now. All it'll take is for him to swing once.


BTW, he showed up again tonight. After the roomies left. So I was alone in the house, watching a movie. I got up to grab another beer, and there he is at the front window. I look at him for a couple seconds, and he points to the door. I continued on to the fridge, got my beer, and went back to the livingroom.

He wasn't at the window when I looked again. But I heard his friend's car in front of the house, so I went and looked out the window. It was pulling away, and then someone must've seen me in the window, cuz he stopped and pulled straight up to the bushes. I casually went and grabbed my cell phone, faked dialing, and then held it to my ear as I walked back to the window. They took off. I've seen the car go by maybe twice since then...and that was an hour ago.

He'll get what's coming to him. Whether it's me, a friend, or the cops who give it to him, I don't know yet. But at this rate, it'll happen.
 
I have had problems just as you describe. Being a 370lb Caucasian house-ape that has arms like tree trunks, I normally do not have any problems.

It seems like people are just plain dumb sometimes, and age is not discriminate.
I had a large problem with teenagers walking through my yard, and walking their dogs through it as well. I have a 175lb pittbull rotweiller mix, and while being a big baby, there are certain things you do not do.

1. Walk a strange dog through the yard.
2. Walk through the yard if you are a Stranger.
3. Attempt to hit my wife when he is out on a leash with her.

After quite a while of putting up with this crap ( tresspassing ect.) I get a call from my wife one afternoon at about 3:45PM. She says that someone was in the yard, she asked them to leave, and when the person got an attitude and swung at her, my pitt/rott (Named "Tank" BTW) jumped up, grabbed this girls arm, and dragged her to the ground. He didn't break the skin, but he held her to the ground for about 5 seconds, and let her go. By the time I got there, the police, animal control, and a group of this retard's friends were yelling at my wife, who was trying to talk to the cops about the attempted assault. Of course, there was a lot of jeering about the supposedly "vicious" dog. I told the Cop that if he was provoked, its not his fault or my wifes. He got the entire story from my wife, and asked to see the dog. I brought the dog out, and of course he was nice and friendly. The cop turns to the girl who swung on my wife and proceeded to explain that a dog that size could have RIPPED HER ARM OFF if he was so inclined, and it was her own damn fault. Animal control was about to take Tank away for testing (just to be sure) when i brought out the tape from the camera I had installed a week prior. it clearly showed this girl getting right up into my Wifes face, and swinging at her, and what the dog did. It was enough for the girl to get a trespassing ticket along with Disorderly conduct.

Tank didnt get taken, as all of his shots are up to date and he is very healthy. The girl had the balls to come back with some of her "homies" about an hour afterwards, making a ruckus out on the sidewalk. I stepped out and asked them to leave, they got a bit heated. I just looked at them and told them that if they felt the need to be nasty, we could do it that way. I'm a big guy, and fucking crazy too. Most people know that. That was the end of that little saga.

I think I would have dragged the little cocksucker out of the car by his middle finger had I been there.....and then proceeded to take him back to his mommy . Thats just me....and I probly would have gotten in a bit of trouble...LOL

everything that you're saying about this... makes me want to go pick on you. You either do something about it... or quit telling us every detail in the sad soap opera of your life. Everyone told you something to do... and you remain docile and scared.

Kick his butt and then call the cops... trespassing is trespassing.

At the same time, the one roommate suggested provoking the idiot to swing. Which I will probably do if he bothers me again.
