Fucking Computer...DIE!

Ha Ha, you made a play on words, using a play on words.

Ya, know how they say; "There's no I in team"? Well what about a team with no eyes? Wouldn't that be sick!?

I'm noticing already this is one of those forums where posts go off topic on the first page.

Anyway, on my old computer, I must have had at least 500 viruses. AVG didn't do anything, neither did Spybot. There would be times where I would literally restart my computer about 15 times in a row because it kept freezing. When it didn't freeze, it was slow and inefficient. I'm glad I got this new one.

so, basically you're saying you circumvented the problem by replacing the machine that got screwed up on your watch in the first place?

hm... i have the sneaking suspicion that the problem will follow you from computer to computer over time, almost as if you were a jinx.

it sounds like PEBCAK: "problem exists between chair and keyboard."

Man u people need to learn how to use a computer and how to go into ur fucking C drive and delete it, it's what I do. Also i dunno if anyone has suggested it yet, but you should use Mozilla Firefox instead of internet explorer. You can dl it for free at www.mozilla.org (it might be .net or .com I can't remember)

Man I might be mistaken but aren't u on the xoxide.com forums? and if you are u should know how keep back doors and trojans off ur computer -.-

That's funny every hax0r and computer geek I've ever known has aspired to work with computers and not become a math professor

man.. always part of the problem, never of the solution.

instead of bagging on people in any forum other than b&t, you should be offering help, not a pointless smackdown.

and i want to point out the irony:

great plan. let's delete the C drive. rm -rf /* maybe? or deltree/y c:\ hmm?

durh. i guess that'll solve your problem... if your problem is that your computer still boots.

We just got our computer a couple of years ago and there's no way in hell that I'm going to go to my parents and say, well, cuz I was on the net so much we have a ton of viruses. *shrugs* Guess it's time to get a new one. Man, they would kill me.

I have made some changes. First of all, I bought this one with my money, so I'm the only one touching it. My sister does NOT know how to use a computer probably and downloads shitty spyware programs like Morpheus and Bonzi Buddy. Secondly, I got better software, and soon so as to tackle the problem before it starts. McAfee was already installed, and I have AVG(as a backup), Spyware blaster, and a pop-up blocker. I should be safe as long as I run those programs on a consistent basis.
