But this puts the employer (parents) in a bad spot, because the babysitters now have more legal swinging power in terms of stupid shit.

Sad thing is its going to do opposite of what theyre trying to do (protect workers - mainly of the "undocumented" variety).

It's going to double the cost of the care, forcing more people to look for other other options (nursing homes for ederly, stay at home moms, etc).

In addition the worst part is the requirement to force a break every two hours. So, now I have to hire 2 babysitters to go have a night out. Awesome. Sucks for the college kiRAB, but great for my neice (until she turns 18)!
