I wouldn't mind paying a fee to have it overnighted, but $62 for a replacement card is pretty high.
That's great (seriously), but you obviously aren't doing anything intelligent with your money. Put enough cash to pay your bills for 6 months in a high yield savings as an emergency fund, keep your monthly expenses + whatever extra in checking, then put the rest into some kind of investments. Even if you don't want to do the research for any 'real' investing you can buy some 12m CDs or get in on a mutual.
