MAN im sick of this shit, im not hoping anymore, i need some advice but let me just tell you some weird lesson i learned. DO NOT EVER SIT NEAR Gangsters period, unless there the nice type(there is are some nice gangster kids dont get me wrong). Anyways let me start from beginning of this block to next.

Beginning of block 3, its basically my Art class thats been terrorizing me. I changed this one class called Computer Wizadry for it, plus i know the teacher of the Art class hes smart but cool. I sit next to these gangster kids at the table, because i just didint care where i was sitting. I basically got to know the two that sat there. They were the nice gangster kids, i brung my ipod and then theyd listen to a few songs then give the Ipod back to me. I remember seeing this kid ive seen last block.

*pause*

He and i have NEVER talked, or did i ever talk to this fucker, i remembered his name. His name was John,

After a while he went over and bugged me and shit because his friends werent there for a couple of days.

*pause*

He then comes over daily and stuff, he smells like Marajuana or something like that. I mean if you were 5 feet away you could smell him, i cant find out what hes on. But he can not sit still, bugs the hell out of teachers and kids in the class, even the kids on drugs. I mean why the fuck hasent he been expelled yet, hes been failing most classes. Anyways as i was saying, he keeps looking in my backpack everyday takes my Ipod and i told him "give that back" hes like "ill give it to you after 3rd hour" he always does. But damn he annoys me to when i dont bring it(not like he tells me what to do but i just dont bring it because i know what happens).

He annoys the hell out of me like today when i said "oh im getting a haircut today" he then is like "oh i need scissors". I hoped he was joking because hes crazy like this. He brings scissors trying to cut my hair, i was like "What the fuck man whats your deal" hes just responds with a "sit the hell down". I was wondering where the teacher was but man. He managed to cut two sheds of my hair, no one noticed so i was lucky.

Man im just sick of this shit man. Even i moved to a different table and he annoyed me and stuff. What i plan to do tomorrow is just to tell him is to quote "FUCK OFF LEAVE ME ALONE DO NOT TALK TO ME". Because this kid is the definition of an annoying kid ever. The reasen why i will never fight John is because he is tougher than i am, plus i would be expelled. Anyways does anyone have some advice for me. I could use it.
 
maybe i'm just a sissy, but i'd be telling teachers and other people in charge. i hate when people fuck with me and if i were in a situation like that and it kept happening, i would be going to people in charge saying get this fucking creep away from me. if problems escalate, go to the cops. kids like that suck, don't they?
 
i remember that when i was at my first college, i got kicked out and banned for not doing enough work when i knew people who had been given chances time and time again for fighting, i knew one girl who beat up another girl with her crutches, she was back a week later. Which is the greater crime?
 
You know, people like you really irk me. This kid has not kicked your ass or anything, you are just being a snot. Did you ever think that mabye he has psychological social or mental problems? No, jeks like you would just rather see him expelled. That is the attitude that is wrong with our ENTIRE fucking culture. Someone behaves out of the box, and we want them thrown out, locked up, and forgotten about. I never was a gangster, but I was always in trouble. So, I think your just being a jerk for not even trying.

I dont think he is just behaving outside of the box DG...he cut this kids fucking hair. If that doesn't deserve even the slightest bit of punishment, then my whole idea of what is right and wrong is fucked.
Something that is wrong with our culture is how we now fall back completly on, "oh, he has a mental problem, is socialy awkward etc. " Sometimes, but not always, people are just fucking assholes, and should be dealt with as such.
And really, if he has a problem and goes to a teacher with it, what harm can come of it? The "gangster" is invading his personal space, messing with his stuff. He has the right to do something about it.
 
Hey DG, did you do shit like this in high school? I knew plenty of faggots who loved to do things like take peoples iPods or cut their hair or other crap. There's no excuse for that kind of behavior. You're basically defending idiots.
 
Our whole idea of what is right and wrong is a set of ethics which we have been taught by a corrupt society...what really is right and what is really wrong, can not some things people do be put down to purely human nature and that we have a completely different perception of ethics from that which is true (that part was worded awfully). Then who is to say that anyones idea of ethics is right or wrong, there is no way for us to know. The rules which we live by currently have been in existence for hundreds of years, some of which bare no relation to the society which has developed.

I would however, say that based on my personal views and ethics that yes this kid is being grossly mistreated by an immature 'class-mate' who does not have the sense of respect for other people that he should do and if i knew him i would make my opinion known and my presence felt, violence is not a form of punishment that i can inflict upon this individual without lowering my personal standards to those no-higher than his own. People that act like this are 'generally' quite 'stupid' or suffer from some form of depression, acting out in the ways described is a way of gaining much needed attention and because they feel this is the only way that they are recognised they repeat this behaviour because no-one bothers to restructure their thought process resulting in a negative spiral of behaviour.

Look, Im just saying.....its not like this kid beat his ass or anything...he is just over active....and as for his hair being cut, oh waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

If 3rd grade kids can get expelled for bringing a toy gun to school, and 1st graders can get expelled for "sexual harassment" it's painfully obvious that the stoner that's cutting your hair and nabbing your ipod is breaking some sort of rules in the student handbook. Don't take his shit.
 
I just think that everyone has a basic idea of what is right and wrong. Hurting somebody with a complete lack of reason: wrong. disfiguring someone or somebodys property:wrong.
 
i bet the the kid knows that he is annoying you. and he continues out of shear amusement. I know I would and im not a stoner. You also could consider that he is the type of person who doesn't judge people like you have him. that he hangs out with kids that are stoners or that his parents smoke weird cigs.

Thing is i told a teacher about it, he talked to him so he wouldent go near my backpack. He still trys to holler at me and all but i ignored him on the last day of block 3. You wouldent believe who i had in my first hour next block John. So meh im just going to transfer my first hour next tuesday.
