Fuck DNA, thieves, and cars.

A 1.9 GPA. A 1.9 GPA because we're forced to do stupid creative projects like 'create a model of DNA using ordinary objects laying around the house' in which I am criticized because it looks like crap. It's made of crap, for fucks sake!

Next, my phone goes missing. My girlfriend texts it, not knowing its gone, to get back 'fuck you bitch'.

As if that's not enough for my parents, my brother calls to tell us that his brakes failed and his car is a piece of shit. He walks in the door, I ask if he's alright, and am told to shut up. I'm sorry, you arrogant, conniving excuse for a maggot, that I take an interest to see if you're not limping through the door sans a fucking foot.

As for the phone, I called it and left a message. If they don't agree to give it back, I'm going to the police. Bad day to find my phone and refuse to be fucking civil about it.

Cancel that shit asap. My moms phone was stolen and the bill was through the fucking roof because she wouldn't stop the service on the account that she might find it. As for your brother, granted he's being an asshole but he might just have his plate that full. Just give him some space.

Or beat the shit out of him. It's your call.

Tomorrow night. I have an idea who took it, and I'm confronting him on the bus tomorrow. I'm attempting peaceful means first, and failing that I'm threatening with police action. If I can't get anything out of him, we're canceling and banking on a warranty.

Cancel it anyway. Even if he wants it while it's activated, he's not going to want it if is deactivated. Cancel it and hope that he will give you the phone back, then just reactivate it.
As for the DNA model, I had to make one in my biology class. If it's really horrible and you need to re-do the DNA model for a grade. I would suggest using pipe cleaners. Easy to bend and use a color for the sides of the ladder and have 4 different colors for the 4 different proteins in the DNA.
Good luck man.

It proved unnecessary. I got on the bus this morning, and when he saw me he was eager to produce the phone. He said he was trying to figure out who it belonged to; that's clearly a lie, as it was restored to factory settings, and the records showed repeated calls to somebody whose number I didn't know. Nevertheless, I'm not looking for any trouble. I do concede that I should have canceled it, but no point in dwelling on what worked out well enough.
