FTWR Will Return?

It didn't say anything about coming to life on 10/10/10. It was the people visiting that page that speculated that it was going to return. Not one staff member from FTWR said that it would return, in fact most (if not all) denied there would be a resurrection of the site.

the rabbit is dead

:-) ... the rabbit wasn't a tracker ... for most of you that don't know before rabbit there was one named "WDGS" ... or something like that ;)
from that first community that i first mention ... the rabbit was borne!!!!
Now every ex member of rabbit as a new home ... called ITS!!
END OF STORY ;)

i get where you're going w/ ftwr and uk-t, but how was sct exclusive and rare? there was a huge userbase and invites were easy to come by; the main appeal of sct was its speeds, really, and maybe its packs and the design, too

fsc isn't exclusive per se, unless you're talking about their forums (lol), but it is hard to get into and i haven't seen requests nor trades for e**** in forever. i will agree w/ you, however, that ftn still remains the tracker that is both hard to get into (rare?) and has a pretty decent content selection (exclusive?)

You apparently never talked to anyone who staffed FTWR, it doesn't matter what anyone else did or didn't do. The people who kept this thread alive were hoping for a different outcome on that date, they were mistaken. And as far as this thread not being denied, why should they of even bothered to respond to it, the website was pretty clear on this. It wasn't/isn't their fault that people speculated differently and chose to ignore what the page actually said, all those people saw was a countdown and assumed that the site (after taking a year off would come back) which in and of itself is hard to believe that anyone in their right mind would think that a year layoff would somehow be a good thing for any tracker.

does anyone remember the buzz around bcc a long time ago? damn, i wonder if that community is still active

Die already, tracker.
srsly, i wonder if the return of ftwr will be as disappointing as the return of torrentit

No if I was them I'd never "lower "myself to taking ten seconds to clarify something here either .

Plea ease if the intent wasn't to create just this type of situation and have a good laugh at other people's expense ignorance then why the need for a (fake) countdown timer anyway?

Btw I actually have talked to a couple people that staffed FTWR hence the superiority comment.
