Greetings,
I'm a Culinary disaster, I have a pack of frozen spinach and it advised for all cooking methods such as microwaving and steam it's best from frozen.
Now I would think if i microwave this from frozen it's going to be a soggy mess (much like it is when I microwave fresh spinach).
With fresh spinach if I wash then leave to drain I only have to microwave for 30 seconds (850w microwave) it goes soggy.
Whats the best way to microwave spinach without a soggy mess?
With frozen spinach should I defrost (going against the package instructions) or not?
I like spinach just don't like it soggy!!!
