I have a Blackberry Tour and I chose to do the Wireless Software Update. It has been running for 6 hours now and has been frozen for 3 hours with the screen reading:

Ive tried turning it off then back on, doing a soft reset, taking the battery out and putting it back in, plugging it into the charger, and plugging it into the computer. No matter what I do the same screen with the same percentages keeps coming back up.
No idea what to do from here to get it back working.
