well Limewire had been shut down but even before that, the program stopped running on my PC it's as if it doesn't even open. Then I got the email that it had been shut down. So I tried getting frostwire instead, but the same thing is happening, when i click to open the program, it seems like it's about to open but then it doesn't. An icon doesn't even pop up to show that it's opening, what can i do to fix this?
