Frostbite?

Foolishly, my friend and I had a contest to see who could keep their arm in a cooler of ice and water mixed together longer. We both did it for about 3 minutes. Afterwards, we just warmed our arms in the air as it was approx 70-80 degrees F. That was one day ago and my arm and hand has a tingling sensation in it, as if it is asleep. It's not painful, just discomforting and I'm wondering if I could have gotten frostbite from doing this? My skin is not discolored, it's just this tingling that has me wondering. Also, most web sites say it depends in response to how long it takes to get frostbite, so hopefully the description of my situation is adequate for someone here to know.
Any help is appreciated and I'd be glad to share any other info that may help you answer my question about if frostbite is a possibility.

While I would never say never it is extremely unlikely that any read damage occurred from the little stunt. You may have just irritated a nerve somewhere, but probably nothing to worry about. Of course if you don't get better...seek help.

In the future....think before you act :-)
