frontal eye pain

hello i have frontal pain related with eyes. when i wake up my eyes are red after some hour redness disappear. But pain at upper part of nose like pressure is remain after massage it disappear for a while then again started.
pain starting actually when i use computer.
anybody help me for this
 
Have you had your vision checked? You can have one eye not seeing right and the other is and that makes for real bad eye strain and headaches. The redness may be from irritants like smoke or pollen and allergies. Try eye drops for allergies.

But do have your vision checked to make sure your eyes are focusing right. Computer work all day can make it very painful if they aren't focusing properly.
