Front Turning Signal wiring problem

I have a 2006 Boulevard C50 and One of my front turning signals broke so I bought a set of new after market ones that were LED but they didn't fit the bike style, but they worked.
I bought another set that looks great but after wiring them they flash fast and the turning signal indicator light on the tank stays on all the time.
They are a two wire setup rather than the three wire that is stock, but so were the LED ones, and they worked great.
I wired these new ones up the same way as I had the LED ones wired. I'm using colored wire from the bike to colored wire on the lights and black to black.

Any Ideas would really help thanks
 
Woops My bad
I should have said the second set I bought is regular incendensent bulbs (two wire), and those are the ones that have the problem. The LEDs work great. The incendensent bulbs work but feed through the indicator light. the proper light flashes when you use the turning signal. But that dogon indicator light won't go out. Will this Diode fix that too?
