Front tag holder for Chevrolet Equinox?

I just recently moved from Kansas to Texas and am getting ready to tag my vehicle here. One problem I've realized is that in Texas they require a front tag but on my 2006 Chevy Equinox I really don't see a place to bolt on a front tag. Is there some kind of tag holder that I need to get? I've checked all over the GM parts sites, eBay and other sources but can't seem to find any information.

Can someone point me in the direction of a GM part number or instructions on how to install a front tag on this vehicle?

My suggestion would be to go to a Chevrolet Dealer in Texas. They will fix you up with the nesc. piece in a second.
 
I just looked at an equinox here in CA yesterday and it did have a bracket for the front lic plate take it to a GM dlrshp and ask them for it.
