Does anybody know any particular tricks to solving this? I've seen a few here and there on Google and none of them really work. Apparently the enV2 is known for the front keypad going out(The buttons just stop working). I don't know if it's a manufacturing error with the type of phone itself or what, but it's pretty annoying. I've had to use the insurance plan twice to get a new one.
