Front door speaker amping help?

I have the RCAs in the amp, I have the power cables, ground, hooked up and the remote to the back of a the head unit. Now I need speaker wires hooked up.

A) where do they go
B) how should i fish them to my trunk
I have component speakers (infinity) and should i run my speaker wire from the speakers directly to the amp?
 
If it's a non amplified system, you could run the speaker wire from behind the deck, and then along with your remote turn on to the amp. You just wire the speaker wire to the factory speakers, and then they'll go to the positive and negative speaker inputs on the amplifier. Another approach is to purchase speed wire. That way you have all eight speaker wires in one, and you could run one cable instead of two sets of speaker wires.
