I have never done a break job on a car with anti-lock breaks. Is there anything different I need to do? In the past I just opened the master cylinder cover and compressed the caliper piston with a c clamp. Easy and no bleeding the system. Any difference?

basicly the same . if you can do one you can do the other. carefull with those breaks , there really important ,and good luck

No, no difference, only difference with a car with ABS is you have to be sure to remove the cap on the master cylinder, as it will force the fluid through the ABS if you don't. You won't have to bleed or anything, just treat it as a normal set of brakes
