From where is the power and authority derived for allowing U.S. judicial courts to overrule either or both legislative and executive decisions of the Congress and President making them null and void if determined to be "unconstitutional"? Where is that power expressly specified in the U.S. Constitution? And what is it called?

I love your question, because you and I both know that no such authority has ever been given, either from the Constitution or any rulings since it was initially written or any Amendments added on to it. God Bless you.
