I'm a little bit slow, what diff does the type of phone you have make, when its a calling plan feature? And why wouldn't it be avail with a family time plan? Just bc I have a family time w/ tmo at 49.99, I won't be allowed to call other non tmo customers (eh family and friends)? Forgive me but that's kinda alotta stupid! Hope that's not the way they release it to the whole US.

Hey jade from what I remember when I had my sidekick it ran on a different network then regular phones.. everything ran on a different network data and phone ... And thrown a dart in the dark I would say The reason why they don't want to do this for family plans is those 5 numbers would one have to be free for all lines on your account or 2 they would have to give you 5 numbers for each account....

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~This is definitely a good idea in theory, but for an extra $10/month and the fact that you have to buy a compatible phone may make it not really worth it in the end.
