Basically there was a pool party at my friends house and i pushed these two guys in the pool , they thought it was funny as we were fooling around. Unfortnately the boy had a mobile phone in his pocket, today his girlfriend messaged me and is demanding me to pay £300 for it? This girl is very rude.
I have apoligised as it was a complete accident. I'm not paying the money as I don't have it in the first place and I refuse as she is being completely rude about it.
Anyway if they do take this further where do i stand? Would I be made to pay for a new phone or get a criminal record etc.
Yes I know its pathetic but i just want to know incase they are juvenile enough to do so.
