boyfriend at my age? I'm 16 and I truly am in love with my boyfriend. My family approve and they know I've had...phone sex with him >.< lol we do it because we are in a long distant relationship and its really the only "intimacy" we have. We could live without doing it, but it would be hard. Is it really bad to do it in your opinion? What if we do it allot less? Were actually engaged, hes proposed and given me a ring and everything. Were to marry in less than 2 years. Whats your outlook on this.
My family is not "OK" with me doing it. They disapprove. All I want to know it is it morally right or wrong? No comments about my age.

Imo, yes.

But, take it out of the religious context, and look at it morally. Is it making you feel valued and special, or cheap and unfulfilled?

Consider as well, you are 16. Engaged at 16 (I am sorry to say) will likely not lead to married. Sadly engaged at 16 is simply a way for many boys to convince a girl he's serious so she will more easily cross lines she's not comfortable with, as your question here points out perfectly.

Only do what makes you feel good about yourself. Do what you don't think you will regret should this engagement not pan out as you hope.
