From a C.D. to a book, copyright infringement?

I'm not as knowledgeable in the area of copyright laws as I would like to be, so I need some help here. I'm writing a book which has yet to be permanently titled, having said so I just came up with one which I thought sounded really nice. The thing is I just checked online to see if the name has been taken by a previous book and discovered there exists a little-known religious song that has the same title but with different punctuation used.

So my question would be... Would it be copyright infringement if I still gave my book this name but used the punctuation I originally had in mind before I knew of this song's existence?

See if the song is copyrighted, it should say on the internet page or ask the owner of the page. Most people who write songs or poetry are flattered when their creation is in a story;if the author asks permission first.
