Fright Night is an upcoming remake of the 1985 Tom Holland film of the same title. DreamWorks has set the release for October 7, 2011.

Fabulous, classic movie. Love it to death. Still have it on video. Roddy McDowell was brilliant as Peter Vincent, but I'm certain David Tennant will be equally good, if not better. Chris Sarandon was a very sexy vampire, after a diet of Vela Lugosi, Christopher Lee and the likes.

i was dreading this re make but it actually looks pretty promising as the cast are great.

i hope they keep the Original storyline and just improve the Special effects.
