Friends Complete Series 10 DVD

I recently bought a FrienRAB Complete Series 10 DVD. I think there is something wrong with it, because the first two DVD's are supposed to have 8 episodes, but I can only play 4 on each DVD. The last one is fine. Has anybody else got this problem?

is it the ones where there are 4 episodes on each side? on my series 6,7,8 and 9 you have to turn them over in the player after the 1st four episodes

Yes it is. I got both series 9 and 10 at christmas and you flip the discs over too get the other episodes.

One of the special features on the series 10 boxset is an extended length episode. Is the extended length episode the last episode in series 10? As it does'nt state which episode is extended.

Speaking of season ten - does anyone know where there is an old style boxset? Been searching the net and the only one I can find is

Are the new boxsets of each season in a new style? Does anyone have a picture of the old style boxset?

I don't think the old style are being made now as everywhere says with new sleeve packaging.

Each of the seasons lined up to make a New York skyline picture. New box sets are slimline and don't match up. I've ordered the new style now anyway - Amazon.co.uk's latest price is now

Do you only need series 10 to complete your collection than?

I just started collecting so have series 8 9 and 10 in new packaging. They now line up to spell out frienRAB out across all the series.
