I'm a college student attending a University in Wisconsin, and I'm majoring in computer Science & Information Systems. After all, my passion and hobby has been in computers for the past 8 years of my life. So far, after my first semester of college I've passed my classes as an inexperienced freshman.
Unfortunately, I look down on my road of tuition payment, and realize I'm entering a world of debt, a world I fear i may not recover from. This leads me to my question: Is there someone out there that could advise me in a supportive direction that would take me through my four years of education an emerge with little to no financial obligations or debt?
It seems difficult to find the right scholarships that are not either massively applied to, require underprivileged individuals, or are granted towards those that are of more than admirable academic achievement.
I am a middle class individual, born to middle class parents that may not partake in cosigning student loans, and I seek a third party assistance here and now. To be more specific, if you have information that can point me in the right direction, words of wisdom to help support me morally, or perhaps an opportunity to earn a financial grant towards my pursuit of knowledge, please reply here.
