Hi,

I'm using blackberry storm 2 9550 without data plan. I browse the net using wifi. My problem is that I being billed for data charges despite not having any BIS nor BES. I'm also charged even when my wifi is off. I don't think the charges came from my carrier as I had tried to use sim cards of other carrier and same things occured. I've tried to put in my sim card into a Nokia with wifi but I'm not billed for data charges. As such, I conclude that the unnecessary charges happened whenever I insert my sim card into my blackberry. In order to avoid the data charges occuring from my blackberry, I have to off the data service. However, I need to turn on the data service whenever I need to use the wifi and turn off the radio to avoid the data charges. As such, I've another problem as I may not receiving calls while the radio is off. Hope you could assist me to solve my problem.

I have problem with 9520 STORM2 , the client bring it in the state where on the screen is shown only DEVICE ERROR : 365 and RESET.

I have tried to Flash with all ways even with loader /nojvm but no help in the APPLOADER it comes as device unknown but when it goes to detect the device to start the procedure there again comes again on the screen same message that DEVICE ERROR : 365

JL comander also dont conect the device mean it cannot wipe with JL

any help will be apretiated.
