Hi

I have blackberry bold 9000. it has strange problem. somtime its on and sometime it dosen`t..then i have to put battery again and again so many times
aroun 50 to 100 times. its on but not everytime..not getting what is the real problem.some of my coleague told that it could be the Power ic problem or shortage in my phone. any idea regarding this problem

Hi I have a BB 8830 that I used an unlock code to unlock, I have verifed the phone is unlocked but it will not find any other networks except for the original network provider. I think I need to unbrand the phone now, but I can not get mfi to work I have downloaded and installed both 1.8 and 2.0 versions, I have also followed the instructions listed for finding the vendor for my phone after reloading my software, it tells me vendor is research in motion.

Version 1.8 kept giving me some type of registry error, and version 2.0 just makes an error noise. The exception log displays this error "01-06 17:37:58 : UnhandledException:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at MML.frmMain.EnableControlsSafe(Object obj)"

any ideas to help me solve my problem?

the unlocking code you got is for that operating network hence your problem,why not use mfi to do a proper unlock then do a complete firmware update and all will be done and good to go.

ur phone could be blocked then,if you not getting any network try going to option and switch radio on if still failed then yes blocked.

check the battery first and foremost possible battery failure,check if not swollen or voltage may be very lower than the current 3.7v
