Hello Mr Ramjan, I got a dead Bold 9000 I tested steps 19 and 20 but its still not able to detect the phone to go to the next step. It will hang at connection to the device (ARM)......... Is there anyway to make my phone working again? Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

Nice to meet you bro.
I need to know if is possible to downgrade sw on a 8320 because when I try to flash it the Desktop Mgr said : No software update is required for your device.
The flash sw file is installed on a local ... and I select this, but cant flash the device.
I need flash it to change the network operator.

i have done a no of blackberry by this software without any problem & restriction but this one is showing below error. i have flash it & flashing is successfully done but not unlocked. if somebody else have experienced such kind of error.

I have a 8800 blackberry (t.mobile).
when i open MFI and conecte blackberry, it fail and show this message in MFI box "RIM 8800 series colour GPRS Handheld unable to cast COM object of type RIMRA...."
what dose it mean?
what should i do?

Yes, the vendor.xml file not exist in the directory, I deleted.
But the problem is the same.
On yesterday I work with 8100 and get the same problem !
Cant update with an installed flash.
