i try to upgrade firmware

7100t with T-Mobile_BlackBerry_7100_v4.1.0.377.exe and Desktop Manager 4.0.1.12
unable to complete the loading operation
unspecified error encountered [A:0x00000001]

before i install the 2 components above, i installed blackberryloggerdriverinstaller.exe and run ns-blackberry.exe

maybe someone can advice how to do software update and afterward how to use PST_Blackberry.exe to read codes?
