French Cooking Project HELP!?

OK, I've decided to do a french crepe for my geography project and it's due on Monday.
If I make it Sunday night, will it be okay for the next day? Also, do I just refrigerate it or what?
PLEASE HELP.

Well, I haven't gotten all the ingredients yet, so my only chance to make them is tomorrow. And yes, I will be adding toppings, I'm just not sure what yet.
Oh, and I do I have to like reheat it or something before my class eats it?
Sorry, but I have another question, since some of you said that they are so thin, is it ok if I make it a little bit thicker just to be safer/sturdier?

it should be fine- maybe stack them on wax paper to prevent sticking (put a sheet between each crepe). Put them in the fridge AFTER they cool!

Also- you should practice a few nights before. Crepes can be very difficult to make since they are sooo thin. If you make a batch or two on Friday or Saturday night, the ones you make on Sunday will be easy and just right!
