Freelance Graphic Design?

There is a job offering for a freelance graphic designer in craiglist, I was wondering how much should I charge per hour! I'am only 16 years old and have been practicing graphic design for almost 15 years (yes I started young) I only do it as a hobby but would love to make money off of it!

And if I get the job what are the ways I will get payed?
