- when Soft show "Serial COM good" Remove short between pin 1 & 2 &.
Put your cable before soft show "Start unlocking the phone" (this very important).
Are You doing this step write with serial cable?
Check your cable, is the same like D800.

hey all, i got a problem here, dumb family members touched pc well was gone n hit lock on me, now the fone is locked n usin the unlock button changes nuffin, stays locked. wat can i do to fix this???
btw pic of wat it is returning for read settings, prior to this it was just reporting strings of zeros for netlock down to cplock cpck.

Now that i got it working, i live in australia but this program only has the ITALY(TIM) option, is that going to be a problem for me or can i just use the italy option.
