Free Z105 Complete Solution

on this post (http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=181274&highlight=z105 ) they say that after we conect the pins 2-3 on the port we must conect it to the green wire of the usb conection ... why ?!
is it wright ?!
 
yes yes yes working gr8 on all windows
just make yr USB thats easy and power on the phone install driver
get any female com9 and connect 2 with 3 don`t connect this come with any think
press unlock

Drivers is INSTALLED..

if there any other way to install drivers let me know.

I everyone.

Is the usb cable that came with the phone the right one? Is the "Qualcomm IMEI WRITE SYSTEM For Z105 (Advanced Service by ELCO)" the right one?

If i just unlock i won't loose the IMEI? Many people are saying they loose RF Cal Date and IMEI.

Sorry for the questions but just wanted to be sure before i try.

Hi again. Forgot to say that i don't need to unlock the phone, i just want to remove the "Phone Freeze". Can anyone tell me if i will lose the IMEI using the software posted here, or the one modified by ELCO?

By the way, when unlocking the phone should it be done with or without the SIM?

Yes. just use the original USB cable and then short out pins 2 and 3 on your COM1 with a jumper or piece of wire. If you got a laplink/serial cable, just plug in one end and use a piece of wire to short out pins 2 and 3 on the other.

You don't need to build a custom cable.

everything done fine according what to told us here , cable made fine drivers installed ...
problem is when i open software some functions are not highlighted for example in the setup infromation ..... LINE >>>PC NO >>>BARCODER PORT >>> USB COM PORT . and etc are not highlited ....
there is also a key gentrator whats that for ??? cos the software open even with the key ....

your help here will be appericated

Search wich com port is emulated. ( Samsung modem ) is higher than 10, set it to 5 or 6. This works!
And post resultat!!

so down load before links dead ....... that solution wasn't for free some people won't be happt for that post thnx man
 
sjs has put it right i had this problem and had to remove all my modems and reinstall the samsung drivers to get the modem lower than 10 after that no problems
