Hi!

Ihave make the USB Cable and the COM Cable,

It tells me:

Start Unlock the phone...
Check Serial Communication with the phone. Wait ...
Seial COM. - GOOD
SUCCESS: DETECT USB PORT...
Searching SAMSUNG Modem...
USB Port Open Fail

What is the probelm.

Can anyone help me please.

Thanks a lot for this tips !! I sucess unlock a Z105 from SFR France with your tips after take 1 boring hour to make the Cable

And after lose another hour try to understand why no communication, but problem solved sucessfuly after connect PIN 2 & 3 of Com Port

Hi,

for everybody :-)

Direct unlock/lock or by code
Remove phone lock code
Imei change
Repair "Phone Freeze" (just press unlock and freeze is removed)
All Phone Operators support

Short pin 2 and 3 of a female DB9 and plug it to COM port
That is the secret
Or use another way of connecting RX and TX directly (MBUS cable should work too)
Software work with USB cable (no need USB-COM cable).

Problem solved,
I reformated my pc and Installed the Z105 drivers, It is working once again.
 
n i can not make the z105's cable i jsut have twister. so plz somebody give me solution.
 
Yes, I have installed the drivers, but the same problem!

is there more steps I must do before Unlocking????

I'm sorry, but ... this isn't problem....
Cal date are correctly set, but WinImei continue saing CALDATE error, and won't write imei. Any tips?

I have same problem with Z107.
Problem solved on another PC with WIN98 OS.

Try with Win98
