*edit* Just called in and canceled. From the first ring to when I hit end on my cell phone, it took maybe 2 and a half minutes. All they asked for verification was the screen name I used, my birthdate, and the last four of the credit card I had it on. They didn't ask 50 questions about why I wanted to cancel or anything
