free training companies for telecoms and electronics?

hi, i am a uni grad, looking for free training in telecoms / electronics side, however i tried everywhere even at online search i couldnt find it. does anyone knw which company around UK offers training in their organization, or any one of you who is professional in above field can get me training in your companies, i dont want to get paid but want to learn something about my field practically. i have done master's from one of the renowned uni in UK and now looking for some training , i am willing to work for free to gain some knowledge..............pls no silly answers only the person who knows it or any professional is much appreciated....... thanks
