Free Ringtones??????

i really want some music ringtones, and those places that say their free, just type in your number and it will be sent to your phone scare me, i'm afraid they will spam me, and i don't want sales people or whatever calling me all the time. so what i'm asking is, do they spam you, and if so is there a place where they won't spam you?
