Free Motorola fleshing Tool No box Needed Free

Got this software to work great, my problem is after tring to flash motorola v3 on my phone when finished it says PH SIG ERR 35.02 OK to programe USB TRANSFER MODE, any help thanked, i gather this means phone signal error, but what do i do know, thanks
 
thanks i have the tool already,i just need the correct flash files.sw version etc. i have tryed the tool alone but the phone shows critical error in flash mode.

man bro i hope you have another contact for this file, i downloaded 3 times and always corrupt , thanks
 
also while flashing in progress there is nothing in phone details box, before or after flashing, and in the large box on the right at the top of the software there is no bootloader version writen in the box just ------- all help thanked,,,,,
