brother i have flashed v3 with rsd light and
file: (R374_G_0E.42.10R_PDS005_LP0021_GSMV3xxT674ST15B_1FF.shx)
it has flashed but not power on
it also shows boot loader proper please solve my problem.

thanks for getting back at me,but i need the files for the v3 not the L6. I am wanting to downgrade my bl from 8.23 to 7d0 becouse the unlocker just doesnt work on my cingular v3. thanx
