FREE LEECH - Post Here

They use the TTL on regular uploads, but all movie and tv pack uploads don't have the TTL and stay on the site as long as they have a seeder (and of course the packs are always free leech all year round).

At the moment we're looking at starting the freeleech on the 24th of September, lasting until the 30th of September. For those of you who have never experienced a site-wide freeleech, here's what happens:

# Every torrent becomes FREE to download!
# Every torrent gives DOUBLE UPLOAD CREDIT on upload!

The times are never exact, but we'll post an announcement when the week officially starts and you can start leeching and seeding!

Merry early Christmas! It is this time of the year again and we have some goodies in store for you. First of all 500 users on our IRC channel will give you free leech for the rest of the month. Alternately you could fill up the user limit, that will also create free leech! So start inviting your buddies, get your butts on IRC and lets have the best Christmas ever!

As said above, this thread gets bumped enough to keep it in the top threads, and when it's right at the top you'll know there's a new freeleech going on, instead of having it permanently stickied to the top, which is kind of redundant. You can always subscribe to it as well, as noted.

Remember to shut down your incomplete torrents and update the tracker just prior to the end of the period so the parts that have come down remain free. I would do this 15 minutes before the end of the period as the tracker caches data rather than immediately posting data received. You can restart them after Happy Hours have ended to finish them.
 
Got banned? Haha. But at least we get to keep the freeleech. I think collectively with all the donations we could've bought site wide freeleech for a week.
