It seems FL has not over yet. Anybody knows when it ends?
no thats not what he meant. he wants to ask if utorrent will store all the transfer stats when the tracker is not connectable.
answer is yes it will. just dont close that session of utorrent and whenever it reconnects with the tracker, it will update correctly.
the update in counter is merely to tell the user when it is going to attempt to connect to the tracker next

YES, that is 0% will be counted against your downloads and 100% against your uploads! So grab those torrents and seed as long as possible! Remember that you will still be able to get banned by not seeding and/or not getting your ratio if you already have a warning
