well we have revamped it since i posted that lol

best bet is to look in the global announcements forum and see where we are with it now, it is similar to that above, but not quite the same.
 
I was wondering why this isn't a sticky. I digged this thread out from the 5th page. Quite hard to find out. Even the search for 'freeleech' came up with no results.

Does anyone know how long is the freeleech on ScL? I couldn't understand a word there on the site.
 
Free Leech will be initiated from the moment we will get 150 individuals in our IRC channel. Free Leech will be dropped the moment less then 100 individuals are residing in our channel.

So what are the IRC details?

We think we are a pretty great community with at least 5000 of us being active every week! So... how about Free Leech and Double Upload Ratio? Now, to get the Double Upload Ratio we think it's appropriate to have more people inside our channel. So if we get 400 individuals in our channel we will have Free Leech & Double Ratio!! Just remember that the double ratio will be dropped the moment we drop below 300 individuals.
