There is no way to do that on the free worlds.
However, if you are a member (taken from a previous answer of mine)....
You could always law run. Get a bunch of pure essence and a law tiara. Then, walk from Draynor to Entrana (take a boat from Port Sarim) with 28 essence, go into the law alter, and request assistance from a law crafter within it. Please note: you cannot wield or carry any armor or weapons (including staffs and bows) when traveling to Entrana, so leave them in your bank. There are specific worlds in which to do this: worlds 66 and 99; however, sometimes you will also find people doing this on the nature running world, which is: world 36. You need no stats to do this, so you are able to do this. Oh, and it's also members only, so you need to take that into account.
